Integration Services
DataBlend offers ADP API Central clients who use ADP Workforce Now or ADP Workforce Now Next Generation the flexibility to purchase both pre-built, turnkey integrations to commonly used ERPs/GLs, CRMs, CPMs, and employee expense applications.
Our pre-built, turnkey integrations are available on an annual subscription basis. Each integration is bundled with a fixed number of use cases (unique transformations associated with moving information from one platform or environment to another).
Out of the box connection to finance and accounting applications
- DataBlend has connections to many of the finance and accounting applications that you want to integrate to ADP, like ERP and budgeting applications.
Support for flat file uploads
- With DataBlend, you can automate the collections of information from flat files from many file sharing applications, including SFTP sites, SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box.
Cost-effective custom connections
- When existing API connections integrations are not available, DataBlend will build tailored solutions to systems using our Scripting plug-in when APIs to these systems are available. These tailored solutions are also purchased on an annual subscription. Tailored solutions can typically be built in just a few weeks.
For custom connections that DataBlend builds, we typically estimate it takes between 30-40 hours to complete. This includes researching the API of the proposed source or target, then building, testing, and deploying. The requirement for the build of any custom connection is having access to a sandbox environment either from the software publishers or from the customer.
Integration Support
DataBlend delivers a concierge service to get your integration up and running. We handle every aspect of your integration, from assessing the requirements and configuring the system to providing ongoing support and dedicated customer success managers.
Standard Support
- This is provided to every customer on a complimentary basis. Standard support covers troubleshooting issues when the product is not working as documented. At this level, the customer assumes much of the responsibility to resolve errors or workflow issues that come up after go-live and result from changes that are made to any of the applications that are connected to DataBlend.
Premium Support
- This is an enhanced package providing customers with access to the support team to troubleshoot issues, regardless of the cause, and requires an additional subscription. DataBlend will manage all system mapping, adjust implemented connections as needed and monitor data exchanges for errors and resolve without customer involvement.
